Stress relief is something we all can do with, as stress cannot be avoided and sometimes "good" stress is helpful. Looking for a stress relief technique? There are many techniques for relieving tension caused by stress.

1. Identify the real cause of stress.

2. Events causing stress should be noted down and analyzed once a month.

3. Your reactions to each stressful event should be recollected and compared with one another.

4. Should not give a immediate response to stressful event. Always take little time to think.

5. When under tension, ask your inner self(Mind)for a solution.

6. Past is past. Always concentrate on future events and gather courage and willpower.

7. Do not worry over a loss. Find out the reason for it and look into ways of solving it.

8. Face all situations with confidence.

9. Have faith in God.

10. Always hope for the best.

11. Always keep a positive approach.

12. Before doing any thing, plan a response for a negative situation.

13. Do not live only for money.

14. Help the poor and needy.
